Scheduled - On September 13th at 11:00pm to 11:30pm (PST), we will be performing maintenance on our Reach database that will require us to take Reach offline for up to 30 minutes. The Reach Dashboard and API will be unavailable during this maintenance. Please note that although we are scheduling 30 minutes for this maintenance window, we expect to complete the maintenance sooner and we will return to service availability as soon as the maintenance has been completed.

Resolved - We have resolved the issue that resulted in delayed data loading in the Insight dashboard.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue that is causing a delay in loading data in the Insight dashboard.

Our Engineering teams are currently working to resolve this issue. More information will be posted here as it is available.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue that is causing Connect state change events to update slower than expected. As a result, you may see delays in the reporting of “First Open” and tag change events in Connect and Connect Integrations.

Our Engineering and Ops teams are currently working to reduce the delay. More information will be posted here as it is available.
