Urban Airship will be conducting system maintenance on October 16th, 2017 from 6:00pm PDT until 10:00pm PDT (1am UTC until 5:00am UTC). There is a remote chance that we will also require a second follow on maintenance event the next evening to finalize any unforeseen issues. The second maintenance event, although unlikely required, is scheduled for October 17th, 2017 from 9:00pm PDT until 1:00am PDT (4am UTC until 8:00am UTC). If the second maintenance event is not required, it will be canceled.
We are requiring an extended maintenance window to make a significant upgrade to the front end portion of our network and sub-systems.
The expected impact for each of our main services is described below:
Engage - The Web UI will be offline and will return an error during the maintenance event. The API may be intermittently unavailable. We recommend that customers pre-schedule any messages that they would like to have sent during the maintenance window as scheduled and automated message delivery will be not be impacted by this event.
Connect - Connect may be intermittently unavailable during the event.
Insight - Insight will be offline during the event.
Reach - The Reach UI will be offline during the event. The API may be intermittently unavailable.
