Between 3:24 PM Pacific and 3:52 PM Pacific, customers may have been unable to send push notifications through our API or website. Any pushes already in progress or scheduled pushes that had already been scheduled were unaffected. We have resolved the issue and our system should be operating as expected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
