Resolved - We have resolved the issue where pushes to segments which include location data were not being delivered to devices. All pushes, including those that rely on geolocation, are being delivered as expected.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue where pushes to segments which include location data are not being delivered to devices. Our engineering and ops teams are currently working to resolve the issue. All other pushes that do not rely on geolocation are working as expected. Resolved - We have resolved the connectivity issue that was resulting in slow server responses and 5XX errors from Urban Airship APIs and the Urban Airship dashboard. All Urban Airship systems are now working as expected.

Monitoring - Our network has largely recovered from this issue and we are normally processing the vast majority of our connection requests with only infrequent slight delays on some API requests.

Our Operations and Engineering teams are continuing to work on this issue until it is fully resolved.

Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue where requests made to the Urban Airship API and Urban Airship dashboard at https://go.urbanairship.com/ are responding slowly or with 5XX errors. We are working to resolve this issue and will post information here when available.

A work around is available by using our Push API to send push requests as most API requests are succeeding:
