Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue that is resulting in delayed processing of some reports information. Send count reports may be incomplete for up to 2 days after the notification or rich message content was sent. This issue only impacts our reporting on push activity, but actual push delivery is not impacted and working normally. Our engineering team is aware of the delay and is working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Resolved - The intermittent issue with delivery of notifications to the APNS sandbox (development) environment has been resolved. All pushes to both sandbox and production environments are being delivered to APNS without issue.

Monitoring - We are tracking an intermittent issue with delivery of notifications in development mode (non-production) to Apple Push Notification Service. This is resulting in delays and occasional failed notification delivery to non-production applications. All production environment push notifications continue to be delivered as expected. We experienced errors in loading pages on our https://go.urbanairship.com dashboard for about 1 hour and 30 minutes from 9:00AM to 10:30AM UTC. The dashboard is working normally now. We apologize for any inconvenience.
