Resolved - We have resolved the issue which was resulting in PUT requests directed to wallet.urbanairship.com and wallet-api.urbanairship.com to fail with 501 errors.

All Urban Airship services, including Wallet, are now functioning as expected.

Identified - We are experiencing an issue with PUT requests directed to wallet.urbanairship.com and wallet-api.urbanairship.com. PUT requests to these domains will fail with a 501 error. The types of Wallet requests that require PUT include Update Project, Update Template, Duplicate Template, Update Pass, Add Tags to Pass, and Update Passes by Tag.

We have updated our configuration, but the change is expected to take a few hours to propagate throughout our edge network.

Resolved - The HTTP connection issues to the Urban Airship API that was affecting older HTTP clients has been resolved. The configuration reversion has fully propagated on our edge network.

All connections to the Urban Airship API are now working as expected.

Monitoring - We’ve identified the cause of the connection failures and have reverted the configuration allowing legacy HTTP clients to resume connecting to our service. The change is expected to take a few hours to propagate throughout our edge network.

Investigating - We are experiencing connection issues to our service when using older HTTP clients that do not support Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS). Our Ops and Engineering teams are investigating the issue and working on a resolution. Customers using TLS as the connection method are working successfully, and we recommend using TLS if you encounter connection errors.
