Monitoring - We are tracking an intermittent issue with delivery of notifications in development mode (non-production) to Apple Push Notification Service. This is resulting in delays and occasional failed notification delivery to non-production applications. All production environment push notifications continue to be delivered as expected. Identified - We have identified and are working to resolve an issue where push requests made to iOS devices using the v1 Urban Airship API endpoints are not being delivered as expected.

Pushes sent to all other platforms using API v1, all API v3 push endpoints, and all pushes sent from the Urban Airship message composers at https://go.urbanairship.com/ are being delivered as expected.

We have identified and resolved an issue that was causing a 12 hour delay in sending tag change based automated push messages. Our processing subsystems are currently processing the backlog, which should be caught up to real time in about 45 minutes.

No information will be lost as a result of these processing delays.

Delivery of normal Push Notifications and Rich Message content is not impacted by these delays.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on our Reports and Automation subsystems on April 8th at 8:00pm PDT. We are scheduling a 4 hour window to complete this maintenance.

During this time, reports data will be unavailable through our web portal at go.urbanairship.com and through our reports API endpoints. Once our maintenance is complete, the reports data will again be available through our UI and API.

Reports, activity, and location data received during this downtime will be queued and processed after the maintenance is completed.
